Work Orders are accepted in the lobby of City Hall:
Monday – Thursday 8:0am – 3:00pm
All connect, disconnect & reconnect orders requested after 3:00pm will be worked the following business day No Work Orders will be accepted on Friday
Service for Electric, Water & Sewer requires:

- $250.00 Deposit Fee
- $25.00 Connection Fee

- $50.00 Deposit
- $25.00 Connection Fee

Services that are disconnected due to non-payment will be required to pay $50.00 Reconnect Fee to have services reconnected

Friday 7:30am – 12:00am
In City Hall @ 120 New Market Street in the lobby

Drop Box
The drop box and Drive-thru are located on Catfish Alley behind City Hall. If you intend to make a payment at the drive through please bring a copy of your bill. As a courtesy to other people in line you may be asked to park and go into the lobby for complicated transactions.
