Please note that the contractor for the City of St. Martinville’s Water Sector Program Project for Contract No. 3 – Sewer System Rehabilitation will begin work throughout the city during the week of July 29, 2024. Work will continue for approximately three months. During this time, the contractor will be performing smoke testing to locate potential repairs within the sewer collection system. While the smoke testing is being performed, you may see smoke exiting from sewer manholes, yards, storm drains that have been inadvertently connected to the sewer system, etc. If you have any questions during this time, please contact City Hall at 337-394-2230.
