Please be advised of the important updates that the city’s utility billing software company will be implementing (this change is not from the city and is directly from the software company):Effective Sunday, June 1, 2025, we will be discontinuing our Guest Payment option to strengthen the security of all transactions on our platform. This proactive measure is designed to provide you with additional layers of protection against fraud and unauthorized access in today’s rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. Additionally, the minimum platform payment will now be $5.00 to protect the system from rouge payment attempts. To help customers, we will be putting text into the payment screen soon to explain that. We apologize for any inconvenience.
